  • Uttar Pradesh Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana was launched by the Uttar Pradesh government in 2022.
  • The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide cashless treatment facilities to government employees, retired employees, and their dependents.
  • Beneficiaries can avail medical benefits from any hospital that is part of the Jan Arogya Yojana.
  • Under this scheme, beneficiaries and their dependents can avail medical benefits of up to Rs. 5 lakh per year from private hospitals.
  • On the other hand, in government hospitals, there is no limit on the amount of cashless treatment.

Eligibility Criteria
