Introduction
- Uttar Pradesh Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana was launched by the Uttar Pradesh government in 2022.
- The main objective of launching this scheme is to provide cashless treatment facilities to government employees, retired employees, and their dependents.
- Beneficiaries can avail medical benefits from any hospital that is part of the Jan Arogya Yojana.
- Under this scheme, beneficiaries and their dependents can avail medical benefits of up to Rs. 5 lakh per year from private hospitals.
- On the other hand, in government hospitals, there is no limit on the amount of cashless treatment.
- To avail benefits under this scheme, beneficiaries must have a State Health Card.
- Beneficiaries and their dependents will be identified by the State Health Card.
- Applicants can apply for a State Health Card from the official website of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana.
- Those who avail benefits under the Ayushman Yojana, health cards will be issued to them after deactivating their Ayushman cards.
- For this, applicants need to send a photocopy of the card along with the Ayushman Card Deactivation Request Form to upsects@gmail.com.

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana includes:-
- All government employees and their families of the state.
- All government pension holders and their dependents of the state are also eligible.
- Additionally, family and family pension beneficiaries are covered.

- Aadhaar Card.
- Mobile No.
- List of dependents.
- Photograph of the applicant and his dependents (20 KB).
- Aadhar numbers of all dependents.
- Dependent's disability certificate (if applicable).
- Birth certificate of a child above one year of age.
