Complaint against university

Respected sir, I am currently an undergraduate from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University. And I want to tell you that your tablet scheme is not properly carried out as only about 50 - 60 students are going to receive tablet today i.e on 21/08/24.Sir my request is that please see to it that every student should receive the tablet
