I have applied for lek ladki yojana form not it pending for sms verification edit option is not available

I have applied for lek ladki yojana form not it pending for sms verification edit option is not available .it shows "edit disable" what should I do now I have already invest 5000 rs to create all necessary documents for lek ladki yojana for my mother I a unable to submit form due to third class application n not showing sms verification tab it was disabled what can I do now
