NYS-06568225-669a1111e87a39253 FOR MMLBY HAS BEEN REJECTED DATED 4.8.2024 & I HAVE MENTION EMAIL ID komal23781@gmail.com BUT PROFILE NOT SHOWN EMAIL ID . AFTER THAT I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO.181 DATED 6.8.2024 GIVE REASON FOR REJECTION. THEN I HAD AGAIN CALL 181 NO. DATED 12.8.2024 THAT TIME REASON YOUR NAME NOT SHOWN CLEARLY ON RATION CARD, BUT EDIT OPTION NOT RECEIVED. THEN I AGAIN CALL FOR 12..8.2024 BUT TILL DATE 16.8.2024 EDIT OPTION NOT RECEIVED. and customer care no.181 not giving proper response. when i call customer care then that person have to immediate make solution of my complaint, other wise not any use of this customer care no. That person only listening my complaint & told me to go your ward. what is the use of customer care persons.
