Eligibility

  • Beneficiary should be Permanent Resident of West Bengal.
  • The age of Beneficiary Should be between 18 to 60 years.
  • The Family Income should not exceed Rs. 65 Thousand /- per month.

  • Pan Card.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Mobile Number.

How to Apply

  • The applicant can apply the Samajik Mukti scheme by filling Offline application Form.
  • Offline application Form of West Bengal Samajik Mukti scheme is available nearest District Labour Department office.
  • Collect the Application Form and fill it Correctly.
  • Attach all the required documents with the application form.
  • Submit the West Bengal Samajik Mukti Scheme Offline Application form along with the document in District Regional Labour Department office .
  • Received Application forms along with the documents will be verified by the department Officers.
  • After this, you can visit the department of Information and Cultural Affairs Office and collect your card.
