I've submitted all the documents of my ladli scheme after completing my 12th class but didn't received any money.

I submitted my all the important documents of my ladli completion after my 12th, it's been almost 3 months and I haven't received any money yet. Then I visited the branch but now they are saying they haven't submitted any documents till yet and now I have to bring all the documents again and submit them all over again after waiting for 3 months....
