Not valid reason for form disapproved

Respected sir I am citizen of Maharashtra. I have filled the majhi ladki Bahin Yojna form by narishakti app. There is option provided either upload income certificate or ration card. So I had uploaded income certificate. Now I got message that my form was disapproved because I had not been upload ration card. I have ration card. Bt you are providing two options and then rejected for unnecessary. It is not my fault. So please resolve my issue. How I can upload my ration card then my application been approv.
