Introduction

• We have often seen that women's left their jobs due to reasons like family responsibilities, disabilities, marriage etc.
• Such women are skilled and technically sound in their jobs but unable to restart their career due to the lack of opportunities.
• Also they could not step out of their home, but are ready to grab the opportunities if provided.
• Seeking this issue, the government of Rajasthan came up with a good initiative called "Mukhyamantri Work From Home Yojana".
• Under this initiative, the state government provides job opportunities to these women from the comfort of their homes.
• The best part of the scheme is that the job offered are work from, which means applicants can do their work from their home.
• The government started this scheme on 26-08-2022, and since then, many beneficiaries avail its benefit.
• The main objective of the scheme is to connect women with the work from job opportunities, making them self reliant, and empowered.
• Along with this, women can contribute and increase the overall family income of their family.
• With this work from home job opportunities, it will provide an online platform to these women's, where they can contribute through their skills and technical knowledge.
• Women applicants who are a domiciled resident of Rajasthan and aged 18 years or above are eligible for the scheme.
• However, priority under the scheme will be given to widows, divorced women, and women with disabilities.
• Announced scheme is popular by many names, such as 'Chief Minister Work From Home Yojana', or Chief Minister Work from Home-Job Work Yojana', or 'Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Work From Home-Job Work Yojana', or 'Rajasthan Work From Home Yojana'.
• The state government has designed a dedicated portal for this initiative.
• Organizations from the private sector, government departments, autonomous institutions, and public undertaking departments are registered on the portal to offer these work from job opportunities.
• To avail of the benefits of the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Work From Home-Job Work Yojana, applicants need to register themselves with their details.
• Registered applicants can apply for the available job opportunities as per their job profiles and needs.
• Applicants are not required to pay any fee for Mukhyamantri Work From Home-Job Work Yojana registration.
• For registration applicants must have their SSO ID, Jan Aadhaar, Aadhaar Card and past work experience documents.
• Women Empowerment department of Rajasthan is the nodal authority of the Mukhyamantri Work From Home-Job Work Yojana.
• Additionally, the government will also provide training incentive of Rs 3,000/- to each eligible women.
• However, the training incentive will be given to such women's who receive job offers from a private organization and their salary is more than Rs 5,000/-.

Benefits of Scheme

• Under the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Work From Home Yojana, women beneficiaries will receive following benefits : -

  Allow women to choose jobs with their interest and abilities. Women skilled in technical or any other field can do work from home job work with government departments, private sector, autonomous institutions, and public undertaking. It offers a training incentive of Rs 3,000/- to each women who receive job offer from a private institution with a salary of more than Rs 5,000/- Provides free advertisement of work from job work will be provided through the job work portal. It provides work from home job opportunities to women who : - Wanted to restart their professional careers. Have young kids. Have disabilities. Have family responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants with the following eligibility conditions of Rajasthan Work From Home Yojana can apply for the scheme : -

  Domiciled resident of Rajasthan. Applicants minimum age should be 18 years or above. Preference will be given to applicants of below mentioned categories : - Widow. Divorce/ Abandoned. Disabled. Victim of violence

How to Apply

• Eligible applicants can apply online for the Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Work From Home-Job Work Yojana.
• The application form for the Chief Minister Work From Home Yojana is available on the official website.
• On the home page, select the 'Applicants (only females)' options under the 'Onboarding' tab.
• New applicants must complete their registration first.
• To register, tap on the 'New User Register' tab.
• Read the given terms and conditions, and tick the checkbox to agree.
• Next, enter your Jan Aadhaar Number and Aadhaar Number.
• After submitting the given details, press the 'Fetch Details' button.
• Create your profile and upload the requisite documents .
• Press the submit tab to complete your registration process.
• Registration intimation will be sent on the applicants mobile number through SMS.

How to apply for Job Opportunities

• After successful registration, log in to the portal using the generated 'Username' and 'Password'.
• Applicants can view and search the available job opportunities from the home page.
• Press the 'Apply Now' tab to apply for the available opportunities.
• The respective organization will check your details and documents.
• If the applicants is suitable for the position, the organization will accept the application; else, it will be rejected.
• Intimation of rejection or acceptance will be sent to applicant through SMS.
