Trying to resubmit the form but I am unable to do so

I have submitted my mother's form online which was rejected because I didn't upload adhaar photo but now when I am trying to edit it I am getting notification which says the application already submitted for the applicant. But we got a message of rejection and on online portal I am able to see the resubmit option.
