Regarding rejection of form four times even after perfect filling

First of all, after so many attempts, I finally submitted my form on 14th August, my form id is MUMU101947788. On 22nd August I received message that my form was rejected due to back side aadhar card photo even though I attached my aadhar card backside photo myself. But still I rechecked my all documents and resubmitted it but still on 23rd August my form was rejected again saying that there was no birth certificate and bank passbook attached. Whereas there was clearly written that you can submit either your birth certificate or your 15years ago voting card or 15 years ago ration card, therefore I attached my ration card where the date of 2000 year is clearly mentioned. also I attached a clear photo of my bank passbook. But again for the third and also for the fourth time my form is rejected, It feels like, it is done on purpose
