Not giving tablets from college to me

In my college all students get tablets but I didn't get tablet from college why? I want to know reason why I can not get tablet to me on the other hand all students from my class my college all students get tablets , why this is unfair, i want to take action immediately to my college or give me tablets as all students get My details Name - kuldeep College - JSS academy of technical education Noida UP Course and branch - B tech ( Computer science And Engineering)
