Old age pension not received

I have applied for OLD AGE PENSION on 07.09.2023 vide acknowledgement no. 721939846161000003000182,but not received, though I have compleated all criteria as per the rules. Please look the matter and do the needful. My Aadhar card no. 3722 0410 9106
