Rs.3000/- is not recieved up to yet

Dear sir/ madam, My form was approved to Ladaki bahin yojana was on 10th July 2024 but up to yet not recive rs 3000/- on my bank account.actually adhar and Mobile number is already link to my account.please tell me what is the reason and co operate me to recive my money.
