Introduction

• Himachal Pradesh is well known for its welfare schemes.
• Every Scheme provided benefit to needy people of Himachal Pradesh.
• Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna is also one of the major welfare scheme of Government of Himachal Pradesh.
• It was started in the year 2020.
• Department of SC/ ST/ OBC Welfare of Himachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• The main objective behind launching Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna is to provide financial support to those people who are not able to built their own house due to financial problem.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 1,50,000/- will be provided to eligible beneficiary under Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna to construct a new house.
• Only below mentioned category people are eligible to avail the benefit of this scheme :-
  • Schedule Caste.
  • Schedule Tribe.
  • Other Backward Class.
• It is mandatory for applicant to have its own constructable land.
• The Annual Family Income of Applicant should not be more than Rs. 35,000/- per year.
• NOC from Nagar Nigam or Nagar Panchayat is needed at the time of applying.
• Applicant can avail the benefits of financial assistance for construction of house under Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna though following ways :-

• The following benefit will be provided to eligible beneficiaries under Himachal Pradesh Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna :-
  • Financial Assistance of Rs. 1,50,000/- for Construction of New House.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Himachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should belong to any of the below mentioned caste :-
  • Schedule Caste.
  • Schedule Tribe.
  • Other Backward Class.
• The Annual Income of Family should not be more than Rs. 35,000/- per Year.
• The Name of Applicant should be Registered in Revenue Records.

• Residence Proof of Himachal Pradesh.
• Income Certificate.
• Caste Certificate.
• Ration Card.
• Aadhar Card.
• NOC from Nagar Nigam or Nagar Panchayat.
• Tatima and Jamabandi.
• Status Report.
• Present Photo of House.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiary can apply for financial assistance by filling Online Application Form of Himachal Pradesh Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna.
• The Online Application Form of Himachal Pradesh Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna is available at Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Portal.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves first.
• Beneficiary has to chose its User Name and Password at the time of registration.
• Login in the same with chosen User Name and Password.
• Fill the below mentioned details after Logging In :-
  • Personal Details.
  • Contact Details.
• Upload all the required documents and click on submit button.
• Concerned Officials will verify the Application Form of Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna.
• Financial Assistance will be transferred directly in the bank account of beneficiary after due verification.
• Beneficiary can also avail the benefit of financial assistance by filling the Offline Application Form of Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna.
• Offline Application Form of Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna is available free cost from the office of District Welfare Officer.
• Duly Filled Application Form along with all the required documents will be submitted in the office of District Welfare Officer.
• Apart from Online and Offline Application Form of Himachal Pradesh Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna, beneficiary can also apply for financial assistance through Himachal Pradesh Swaran Jayanti Ashraya Yojna Mobile App.
