• This scheme is comes under Maharashtra Government's "Homes for All Scheme".
• The main objective behind launching Modi Awas Gharkul Yojana is to provide a well constructed houses to needy people of Maharashtra.
• But the setback for people is that this housing scheme is only for the people belonging to Other Backward Class Category (OBC).
• That's why Modi Awas Gharkul Yojana is also called "Maharashtra Housing Scheme for OBC People".

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant should belong to OBC Category.
  • Applicant should not have his own House.
  • Applicant should not be a beneficiary of any other Housing Scheme of Central or Maharashtra Government.
