Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana

Introduction

• Atam Nirbhar Krishi Yojana is the credit linked subsidy scheme of Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
• It was started in the year 2021.
• Arunachal Pradesh Government's Department of Agriculture is the nodal department of this scheme.
• The main objective behind launching this scheme is to provide subsidy to farmers, self help groups and farmer producer organizations on original cost of crop cultivation or purchase of any machinery use in Agricultural Activity.
• The following pattern is followed under Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana of Arunachal Pradesh to provide benefits to beneficiaries :-
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government.
  • 45% will be provided as Bank Loan.
  • 10% is Contributed by the Applicant.
• There is no collateral security is required for bank loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• For Self Help Groups, No Collateral Security is required for a bank loan up to Rs. 10,00,000/-
• The moratorium period of bank loan is 12 months to 4 years as per the duration of crop/ machinery.
• The following banks will grant loan under Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana :-
  • State Bank of India.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex bank.
• Subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana will be provided on original/ purchased cost of component.
• Eligible Beneficiary can avail the benefit of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana by applying through :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana Online Application Form.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana Offline Application Form.

Benefits

• The following benefits will be provided to eligible beneficiaries under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana :-
  • Collateral Free Loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
  • Collateral Free Loan for Self Help Groups up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government on Components Cost.
  • 45% of Component Cost will be provided as a Bank Loan to Applicant.
  • 10% of Component Cost will be borne by the Applicant.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Farmers.
  • Farmer Producer Organization.
  • Self Help Groups.
• Applicant should be directly involves in Agricultural Activity.

• Residence Proof of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Aadhar Card.
• Photo of Applicant.
• Voter ID Card.
• PAN Card.
• Land Details.
• Caste Certificate. (If Applicable)
• Bank Account Details.
• Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Beneficiaries can apply for subsidy by filling Online Application Form of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves first on Atma Nirbhar Yojana Portal.
• Fill the following details in the Registration Form :-
  • Name.
  • Aadhar Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Farmer Type.
  • Choose Password.
  • Confirm Password.
• Click on Sign Up Button.
• After Registration Click on Login and fill the following details step wise :-
  • Applicant Personal Details.
  • Project Proposal Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• Click on Submit Button and the application of beneficiary is submitted..
• Application Form and Documents will be verified by the agriculture department officials.
• If beneficiary application is selected, they will be informed through SMS or Email.
• Beneficiaries can also apply by filling Offline Application Form of Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana.
• Collect Application Form from the office of Department of Agriculture.
• Fill it carefully and attach all the required documents and submit it in the same office.
