Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana

Introduction

• Atam Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana is the linked credit subsidy scheme of Arunachal Pradesh Government.
• It was launched in the year 2021.
• Department of Horticulture of Arunachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana is basically for the development of Horticulture.
• Eligible Beneficiary should be involved in Horticulture Activity.
• The main objective behind launching this scheme is to provide subsidy to farmers, self help groups and farmer producer organizations on original cost of crop cultivation or purchase of any machinery.
• The following pattern is followed under Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana of Arunachal Pradesh :-
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government.
  • 45% will be provided as Bank Loan.
  • 10% is the contribution of applicant.
• There will be no collateral security is required for bank loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• For Self Help Groups, No Collateral Security is required for a bank loan up to Rs. 10,00,000/-
• The repayment period of bank loan is 12 months to 4 years as per the duration of crop.
• The following banks will grant loan under Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojnaa :-
  • State Bank of India.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex bank.
• Subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana will be provided on original/ purchased cost of component.
• Eligible Beneficiary can avail the benefit of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana by applying through :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana Online Application Form.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana Offline Application Form.

Benefits

• The following benefits will be provided to eligible beneficiaries under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana :-
  • Collateral Free Loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
  • Collateral Free Loan for Self Help Groups up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government on Components Cost.
  • 45% of Component Cost will be provided as a Bank Loan to Applicant.
  • 10% of Component Cost will be borne by the Applicant.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Farmers.
  • Self Help Groups.
  • Farmer Producer Organization.
• Applicant should be directly involves in Horticulture Activity.

• Photo of Applicant.
• Voter ID Card.
• PAN Card.
• Land Details.
• Caste Certificate. (If Applicable)
• Bank Account Details.
• Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for subsidy by filling Online Application Form of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana.
• Applicant has to Register themselves first on Atma Nirbhar Yojana Portal.
• Fill the following details in the Registration Form :-
  • Name.
  • Aadhar Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Farmer Type.
  • Choose Password.
  • Confirm Password.
• Click on Sign Up
• After Registration Click on Login and fill the below mention details step wise :-
  • Applicant Personal Details.
  • Project Proposal Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• Click on Submit Button to submit the application form.
• Application Form and Documents will be scrutinized by the concerned department officials.
• If beneficiary application is selected, they will be informed through SMS or Email.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can also apply by filling Offline Application Form of Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana.
• Collect Application Form from the office of Department of Horticulture.
• Fill it carefully, attach all the required documents and submit it in the same office.
