Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana

Introduction

• Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana is the flagship scheme of Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Matsya Palan Yojana is a credit linked subsidy scheme.
• It was started in the year 2021 by Arunachal Pradesh Government.
• Fisheries Department of Arunachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• The main objective behind launching Matsya Palan Yojana is to encourage people to do fish farming by setting up a fish pond.
• This move will make fishery sector self reliant and also open the doors of self employment for the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
• The following pattern is followed under Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana to provide subsidy for Fish Pond Construction to beneficiaries :-
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government of Arunachal Pradesh for the Construction of Fish Pond.
  • 45% Cost of Construction of Fish Pond will be provided as Bank Loan.
  • 10% Cost of Fish Pond Construction is Contributed by the Beneficiary.
• There is no collateral security required for bank loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• For Self Help Groups, No Collateral Security is required for a bank loan up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
• The moratorium period of bank loan is 12 months to 4 years.
• The below mentioned banks will provide loan under Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex bank.
  • State Bank of India.
• Subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana will be provided on original cost of construction of fishing pond.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana by applying through :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana Online Application Form.

Benefits

• The following benefits will be provided to eligible beneficiaries under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana to set up a Fish Pond :-
  • Collateral Security Free Loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/- for Construction of Fish Pond.
  • Collateral Security Free Loan for Self Help Groups up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government for Fish Pond Construction.
  • 45% Cost of Fish Pond Construction will be provided as a Bank Loan to Beneficiary.
  • 10% of Fish Pond Construction Cost will be borne by the Beneficiary.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh State.
• Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Farmers.
  • Farmer Producer Organization.
  • Self Help Groups.
• Applicant should be willing to set up New Grow Out Fish Pond.

• Photograph of Applicant.
• Aadhar Card of Applicant.
• PAN Card.
• Voter ID Card.
• Mobile Number.
• Fish Pond Project Details.
• Land Details.
• Caste Certificate. (If Applicable)
• Bank Account Details.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana by filling Online Application Form of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves first on Atma Nirbhar Yojana Portal.
• Fill the below mentioned details in the Registration Form Matsya Palan Yojana :-
  • Name of Applicant.
  • Aadhar Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Farmer Type.
  • Choose Password.
  • Confirm Password.
• Click on Sign Up and the registration of beneficiary is completed.
• After Registration Login with the Mobile Number and Chosen Password and fill the following details step wise :-
  • Applicant Personal Details.
  • Project Proposal Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• Click on Submit Button to submit the Atma Nirbhar Matsya Palan Yojana Application Form.
• Application Form and Documents will be verified by the Department of Fisheries officials.
• If beneficiary application for Matsya Palan Yojana is selected, they will be informed through SMS or Email.
