About The Scheme

• Chief Minister Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme has been launched by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Department of Agriculture, Arunachal Pradesh is the nodal department of this scheme.
• District Agriculture Development Society (DADS) selects beneficiaries as per CM SKY.
• The objective of the scheme is to provide hiring services for various agriculture Machinery/ Implements of
  post-harvest technology (PHY) equipment applied for different operations.
• The following persons will be eligible under the Chief Minister Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme :-
  • All farmers, SHGs, Co-operative Societies, FPOs, and Entrepreneurs, DAO, DHO, DAH & VO, and DFDO.
  • Members/group must be first-time buyers of tractors/farm machinery.
  • No previous ownership of tractors/farm machinery by members or their families.
• CHC hiring charges by the beneficiary must be recorded and authenticated by the District Agriculture Officer.
• All CHC should be Geo-tagged and registered in the portal of the Monitoring & Training division of the Government of India.
• Under the scheme Beneficiaries are required to contribute ₹6.00 lakh per Custom Hiring Centres.
• Subsidy payment only made to the dealer of the company at the source.
• Eligible Persons Can Avail the benefits of Chief Minister Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme by applying in the following manner:-
  • Through Offline Application Form.

Benefits

• The government is providing subsidies for agricultural machinery to various types of farmers in all districts
• The approved subsidy rates for different machines are listed in the table below :-

• Additionally, farm machines such as Power tiller, Water pump set, etc. will be provided to marginal and small farmers based on demand.

Eligibility

• The following persons will be eligible under the Chief Minister Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme :-
  • All farmers, SHGs, Co-operative Societies, FPOs, and Entrepreneurs, DAO, DHO, DAH & VO, and DFDO.
  • Members/group must be first-time buyers of tractors/farm machinery.
  • No previous ownership of tractors/farm machinery by members or their families.
  • Adequate after-sales services and spare parts available in the district/area.

Documents Required

• Below is the list of documents that would be required at the time of registration under the scheme :-
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Permanent Resident Certificate.
  • Bank account Number.
  • Registered mobile number.

Application Process

• To take advantage of the scheme, the applicant should first apply by contacting the following persons :-
  • Nearest District Agricultural Officer.
  • Agriculture Development Officer.
  • Agriculture Field Assistant.
• After this, the applicant will have to get the application form of Chief Minister Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme.
• Now fill all the information asked in the application form completely.
• Also attach all the necessary documents with the application form.
• After filling all the information, the application form has to be submitted.
• After the application is submitted, the application form will be verified by the concerned officer.
• After the approval of the application form, the applicant will be informed by the concerned officer.
