• Financial Assistance will be provided to Girl Child belonging to BPL category to secure their future.
• Assurance Certificate of Rs. 1,50,000/- will be provided in the name of Girl Child at the time of her birth under Rani Durgawati Yojana.
• Girl Child can claim the Assurance Certificate Amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- as promised under Rani Durgawati Yojana when attained the age of 18 Years.
• Girl Child can utilise this Financial Assistance of Rs. 1,50,000/- on her higher education or on her marriage expenses.

Benefit

• Families belonging to BPL Category will get the following benefits under Rani Durgawati Yojana of Chhattisgarh Government :-
  • Financial Assurance Certificate will be provided on the Birth of a Girl Child.
  • Rs. 1,50,000/- Assurance Certificate will be Provided in the name of Girl Child.
  • Girl Child can Claim this amount on attaining the Age of 18 Years.
  • Financial Assistance can be used for Higher Education or for Marriage Expenses.

Eligibility

• Chhattisgarh Rani Durgawati Yojana benefits will only provided to those beneficiaries who fulfil the following eligibility conditions sets by Government of Chhattisgarh :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Beneficiary should be belong to BPL Category.
  • Beneficiary should have BPL Card/ BPL Ration Card.
  • Benefits will only Applicable for Birth of a Girl Child.
  • Remaining Eligibility Conditions will be released with the Official Guidelines.
