Introduction

• Many Students in Chhattisgarh regularly attend their colleges which is situated far from their houses.
• They face many problems like paying more charges for bus fare, Transportation is not available on time while travelling regularly for their college.
• Keeping this problems of students in mind, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Sh. Bhupesh Baghel announced to start Free of Cost Transportation Scheme for College Going Students.
• Then on 07-10-2023, Sh. Bupesh Baghel started Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana for college students.
• The main objective behind starting Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana is to decrease the burden of fare and to remove the diffulties faced by the students while going to college.
• Now, College Students will not have to pay any bus fare or charges while travelling to and from college.
• Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana is also known by some other names like "Chhattisgarh Free Travelling Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Free Bus Transportation Scheme".
• Students Studying in any Government College and Government University will now travel free of cost in government bus to and from their college in which they are studying.
• Students can avail free of cost travelling under Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana only in Chhattisgarh Government Run Buses.
• It is to be estimated that free of cost bus travelling will give benefit to more than 1 lakh college going students of State.
• Beneficiary Students has to show QR based Bus Pass to Bus Conductor in order to avail the benefit of free of cost bus service.
• Students can apply for Bus Pass of Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana by filling Online Application Form.
• Chhattisgarh Government launched the Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana Website to receive Online Bus Pass Application.
• Students can visit the Website and Apply for Bus Pass for Free of Cost Travelling under Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana of Chhattisgarh Government.

Eligibility

• Chhattisgarh Government sets the following eligibility condition for College Students to issue Bus Passes for Free of Cost Travelling under Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana :-
  • Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Applicant should be a Student.
  • Student should be Studying in Any Government College or University.

  • College Details.
  • Mobile Number.
  • College Identity Card.

How to Apply

• College Students can apply for Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana Bus Pass for free of cost travelling from their house to college and from college to their house by filling Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Bus Pass of Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana is available on Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana Official Website.
• Student has to Register themselves first on the website.
• Mobile Number is essentially needed at the time of registration.
• Fill Mobile Number and Name to Register in Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana.
• Website will verify the mobile number of student through OTP authentication.
• Fill the basic details in the Registration Form after OTP verification.
• Chhattisgarh Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana Website will send the User Name and Password on the Mobile Number of Student.
• Now Login on the portal with the received user name and password.
• Fill the College Details, Bus Route Details in the Bus Pass Application Form of Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana after Login.
• Preview the Application Form and Click on Submit Button to Submit the Bus Pass Application Form.
• Students College will verify the filled details in the Application Form.
• After Verification from College, Students can download the QR based Bus Pass of Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana.
• Take a Print Out of Bus Pass and show it to the Bus Conductor every time when student travelling to his/ her college.
• To avail free of cost travelling under Chhattisgarh Government's Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana, it is mandatory to show the QR based Bus Pass to conductor.
• Application Status of Yuva Mitan Parivahan Yojana Bus Pass can also be checker by Logging In on the portal.
