I am a faculty of a college and also a member of this committee and I face this problem since I am posted in this college. Girls refuse to take these napkin as they are not covered with black polythin and I am unable break that barrier and force them to take this otherwise they will throw that pack outside. Please don't ruin this good scheme and please try to add a polythin as well with the carton because our senior
faculty refuse to buy those polythin with their own money or college fund and wasting the resources of this scheme.
