Introduction

  • Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa was introduced in 2022 by Social Welfare & Social Education Department, Government of Tripura.
  • Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa was launched with the objective of providing secure life with dignity to economically weaker section of society.
  • The Scheme will be initially covering 30000 elegible beneficiaries of the state of Tripura.
  • Eligible Beneficiaries will be getting monthly pension of Rs. 2000 every month under this Scheme.
  • The elegible categories must fall into Income group of less than 1 lakh.
  • Financial assistance to the following categories will be provided under this scheme
    1. Old & Infirm
    2. Vulnerable Women
    3. Unorganised Workers
    4. Person with Disabilities

Eligibility

  • Applicant should be Permanent Reident of Tripua.
  • Famaily annual Income should be less than 1 lakh.
  • Age of the applicant should be as per the mentioned criteria.
  • Applicant should not be Government Employee.
  • Applicant sholud not be geting benefit under any State Social Pension Schemes.
  • Children of age group 06 to 14 yrs must be enrolled into Tripura Government recognized school to avail the benefit of the scheme.

  • Sanctioned amount will be transferred directly into the bank account of the beneficiary.
  • Around 30,000 eligible beneficiaries will be covered in the initial phase of the scheme.

Documents Required

  • Income Certificate.
  • Age proof Certificate.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • PRTC (Permenent Resident Of tripura Certificate).
  • Ration Card.
  • Non-Government Employee Certificate.
  • For Infirm people - Medical certificate is mandatory.
  • For Widow - Death Certificate of husband.
  • For Divorced Women - Certificate issued by Court.
  • For unmarried Women - Umarried Women Certificate.
  • For Unorganized Workers - Professional Certificate.
  • For Disabled Person - UDID (Unique Disability Identity Card) / Registeration No./ Slip.

How to apply

  • To apply for Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa beneficiary shall visit to the nearest CDPO (Child Development Project Officer) Office.
  • Application Forms will be available at all CDPO offices and can also be dowloaded from the website of the Social Welfare & Social Education Department.
  • Fill up the application form in Prescribed Format.
  • Submit the application Form with all the Required Documents at CDPO.
  • Verification will be done by CDPO.
  • Based on the Social and Financial Status of the applicants, beneficiaries will be sort listed.
  • The list of Beneficiaries sortlited under Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa will be available on the official website of Social Welfare & Social Education Department.

  • The number of Beneficiaries coverd under Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa will be prescribed time to time.
  • The Folowing Categories wil be prioritized in the sort listing of Beneficiary :-
    1. Old age.
    2. Person with Disability.
    3. Women.
  • Verification of the Existing beneficiaries will be done each year during the month of November.
  • Beneficiaries need to submit Life Certificate & Income Certificate by the month of November each year at CDPO office.
  • Under the following Condition benefits of Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa will be stopped
    1. Death of Beneficiary.
    2. Remarriage of widow.
    3. Family of beneficiary getting Government Job.
    4. Family Income of beneficiary exceeding 1 lakh rupees.
    5. Fulfillment of any exclusion criteria.
  • Under the following Condition paid benefits of Mukhyamantri Samajik Sahayata Prakalpa shall be recovered from the nominee of the concerned beneficiary
    1. Delayed reporting of death of the beneficiary.
    2. Delayed reporting regarding any family member of the concerned beneficiary getting Government Job.
    3. Delayed reporting regarding Fulfillment of any exclusion criteria.
