The Graha Jyothi de-registration and de-link the Aadhaar is not happening

Dear Sir, I have registered for Karnataka Graha Jyothi scheme by linking my Aadhaar ID with my rented house Electrical Account ID, within a month we asked to vacate the house and we found another house for rent, Now I try to Register for Graha Jyothi scheme by linking my Aadhaar ID it says Duplicate Aadhaar number. So I tried to de-registration and de-link my Aadhaar number, I couldn't find any option to do so. Then I reached nearby Bescom office and they asked me submit the written application with Electrical Account number and Aadhar number and I did the same. It's been around 3 month there is no response from the Bescom office. Could you please do the needful? Your's faithfully Sunil Shirur
