Non issuance of Ticket under Free Bus scheme to Karnataka Women

As a passenger when I was traveling in Bus No. KA.40.F.1512 at 7:00 p.m., I showed my Adhar Card from Digi Locker and asked for Ticket, Conductor refused to do and asked for original. I explained that for Shakti Scheme digi Locker documents are accepted so asked him to issue my ticket .As it's valid to take ticket using digilocker document as mentioned in scheme, as I'm traveling if I lose the original document it would be issue for me so I asked him to provide ticket looking at my digilocker Adhar card. He has not issued ticket and asked to change the bus. The conductor was not communicating in good way and said that it would teach me a lesson to carry on original documents. I request authorised authority to educate it's staff to issue tickets as per scheme.
