Introduction

• Punjab Finance Minister Sh. Harpal Singh Cheema announced to start Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme while presenting the budget of Punjab Government of 2023-2024.
• The main objective behind starting Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme is to increase the GST Revenue of Punjab Government by encouraging the customers to ask the GST bill at the time of every purchase or availing the service.
• This scheme is also called "Punjab Bill Liyao Inaam Pao Scheme" or "ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿੱਲ ਲਿਆਓ ਇਨਾਮ ਪਾਓ ਸਕੀਮ".
• Punjab Government Excise & Taxation Department is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Beneficiary will only have to do is just ask the shopkeeper and dealer a GST Bill at the time of every purchase.
• Now upload that GST Bill on Mera Bill Mobile App or Popularly known as Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme Mobile App.
• Every Month, Government of Punjab will organises a lucky draw and select the lucky winners among those who uploaded GST Bill on Mobile App.
• There is a chance to win Gift Hamper and Cash Prize up to Rs. 50,000/- under Punjab Government's Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme.
• B2C GST Bills will only considered for lucky draw.
• GST Bill issued within the limit of Punjab are eligible to upload.

• After downloading the mobile app, beneficiary has to Register themselves on the App by entering the following details :-
  • Name.

• After filling the above mentioned details, click on Register Button to Submit.
• Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Mobile App will authenticate the beneficiary mobile number through OTP verification.
• After Verification, Login in the Mobile App by entering the same registered number.
• Now Fill the below mentioned details about the GST Bill :-
  • GST Number of Dealer.
  • Bill Number.
  • Bill Amount.
  • Shop/ Dealer City Name.
  • Bill Date.
  • Upload the Bill Photo.
• Click on Bill Upload Button to Submit the GST Bill under Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme of Punjab Government.
• Lucky Draw under Bill Leyao Inaam Pao Scheme will be announced every month and beneficiary can check the result on mobile app in Lucky Draw Section.
