I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my scheme enrollment with connection ID - 4933434 as a tenant. Since January of last year, I have relocated from the rented house associated with the aforementioned connection ID. I have since been residing in a new rented house and have been consistently paying the electricity bills for this new residence. However, despite my relocation, my scheme enrollment remains tied to the previous rented house, which is now occupied by someone else. I kindly request your assistance in updating the connection ID for my scheme enrollment to reflect the new rented house where I currently reside. It is imperative that my scheme benefits align with my current living arrangements.
