I have two bank accounts secondary account was not maintained so the amount present is below the minimum balance. So, I have submitted primary account for Kalaignar magalir udhavi thittam. However, the amount received to my secondary account (not maintained). Now, i am not able to withdraw the amount. Please share solution for this.
