Went thru the scheme carefully. Well prepared and well intended. I have seen earlier under YSR scheme children of small income security guards, sweepers, widows-all from villages..children of uneducated parents. One issue the Govt may ensure is the standard/quality of education the institutes are providing. The labs, aptitude and ability of teachers.... is much to be desired. I know it is a difficult job. But, the sincere effort of the Govt would go down the drain. Heads of institutes must be good scholars. May be willing, retired academicians could help the govt by helping the institutions.
