Uttarakhand Teelu Rauteli Special Pension Scheme

Introduction

• Uttarakhand Teelu Rauteli Special Pension Scheme was introduced by the Uttarakhand government in 2014.
• The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial aid to disabled individuals engaged in the rural agriculture sector.
• Under the scheme, beneficiary will receive monthly pension of Rs. 1,200/-
• Person who have 20 to 40% disability can apply under this scheme.
• Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years of age.
• Previously, this scheme was known as the "Uttarakhand Disability Pension Scheme".
• Teelu Rauteli Special Pension Scheme was implemented with modifications to its rules.
• However, the Disabled Maintenance Pension Scheme continues to operate as before.
• There is no income limit for eligibility under this scheme.
• Both males and females are eligible to apply.
• The application process for this scheme is only available offline.

Benefits of the Scheme

• Beneficiary will receive the following benefits under the Uttarakhand Teelu Rauteli Special Pension Scheme:-
  • Disabled women and men who engaged in rural agriculture sector receive a monthly pension.
  • Every month, beneficiaries will receive Rs. 1200/-.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to avail the benefits under the Uttarakhand Teelu Rauteli Special Pension Scheme:-
  • Applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
  • Age of the applicant should be in between 18 to 60 years.
  • The applicant should not avial benefits from any other scheme by the state government.
  • There is no income limit.

  • After selecting the scheme, print out the form.
• Once the form is printed, applicants should fill in all the required details accurately and affix their latest photograph in the designated section.
• Attach all the necessary documents.
• Finally, the completed application form should be submitted to the nearest social welfare office.
• Upon successful verification, the department will deposit the monthly pension into the beneficiary's bank account.
