Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana

Introduction

• According to Governement data, every year more than 11 lakh students pass graduation, post graduation and diploma courses in Maharashtra.
• Some are able to get job but some students are not able to get a suitable job.
• So, with an objective to secure the future of students of Maharashtra a new scheme will going to start very soon.
• The name of scheme is "Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana".
• It is announced by Finance Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sh. Ajit Pawar while presenting the supplementary budget in the assembly.
• Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department of Maharashtra Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• After implementation this scheme is known by some other names such as "Maharashtra Chief Minister Yuva Karya Prashikshan Scheme" or "Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Scheme" or "Maharashtra Chief Minister Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana" or "Maharashtra Chief Minister Youth Work Training Scheme".
• Government of Maharashtra will now provide On the Job Training to all eligible youths under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana.
• On the Job Training will be provided in Industrial and Non Industrial establishments.
• Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana will fulfill the need of manpower in industries and also provide the employment opportunity to the needy people.
• Apart from the On the Job Training, a per month stipend according to their qualification will also provided to selected youths under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana of Government of Maharashtra.
• The following monthly stipend will be provided to selected youths under Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana :-
  • Rs. 6,000/- per Month to 12th Pass.
  • Rs. 8,000/- per Month to ITI or Diploma Pass.
  • Rs. 10,000/- per Month to Graduation or Post Graduation Pass.
• Beneficiary of Age between 18 Years to 35 Years are only eligible to apply for this on the job training scheme.
• 12th , ITI, Diploma Holder, Graduation, Post Graduation passed students can apply for on the job training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Scheme.
• Government allocate Rs. 10,000/- crore budget for the smooth implementation of this scheme.
• It is to be estimated that around 10,00,000 youths of Maharashtra will get on the job training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana.
• Beneficiary Youth can apply for Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana through Online Application Form which is available on Mahaswayam Portal of Maharashtra Government.

Benefits of Scheme

• Benefits that are going to be provided under Maharashtra Government's Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana are as follows :-

  6 Months On the Job Training will be Provided. Following Stipend will be provided during the training :- Qualification Stipend (per month) 12th Pass Rs. 6,000/- ITI/ Diploma Rs. 8,000/- Graduation/ Post Graduation Rs. 10,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

• On the Job Training and Stipend under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana will be provided to only those youths who fulfill the following eligibility criteria :-
  • Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Maharashtra.
  • The Age of Applicant should be between 18 Years to 35 Years.
  • Applicant should be 12th Pass, ITI, Graduate, Post Grduate or Diploma Holder.
  • Applicant should be Registered on Skill, Employment, Entrepreneuship and Innovation Department Website.

Eligibility for Establishments and Industries

• Only those Industries and Establishments are eligible to recruit youth for on the job training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana who fulfill the following eligibility conditions :-
  • Working within the State Boundary of Maharashtra.
  • Registered as an Employer in Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department Website.
  • Should be older then 3 years.
  • Should be Registered with DPIIT, ESIC, EPF and Udhyog Aadhar.

• The following documents is to be required at the time of applying for on job training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana of Maharashtra Government :-
  • Maharashtra Residence Proof.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Educational Documents.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Income Certificate.

How to Apply

• Eligible Youth can apply for On the Job Training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana of Maharashtra Government is available on Mahaswayam Website.
• Beneficiary Youth will have to Register as Jobseeker first.
• Aadhar Number is mandatory for Registeration.
• Beneficiary Youth will recieve Registration ID and Password on the registered mobile number.
• Login on the website with the help of ID and Password.
• Choose Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana from the scheme list.
• Fill the personal details, contact details, education details, bank account details and other related information.
• Upload the required documents.
• Preview the Application Form carefully and click on submit button to submit the application form.
• Take a print out of Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana Application Form for future reference.
• Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department of Maharashtra Government will scrutinised the recieved application forms.
• Selected Youth will be informed through SMS about their selection and the details of employment training of which he/s he is selected for.
• Beneficiary Youth will get 6 Months training and a monthly stipend then under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana of Government of Maharashtra.
• In case of need of help regarding Mukhyamantri Yuva Karya Prashikshan Yojana, Beneficairy youth can visit their District Office of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Guidance Centeror.
