Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana

Introduction

• According to Governement data, every year more than 11 lakh students pass graduation, post graduation and diploma courses in Maharashtra.
• Some are able to get job but some students are not able to get a suitable job.
• So, with an objective to secure the future of students of Maharashtra a new scheme will going to start very soon.
• The name of scheme is "Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana".
• It is announced by Finance Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sh. Ajit Pawar while presenting the supplementary budget in the assembly.
• After implementation this scheme is known by some other names such as "Maharashtra Chief Minister Yuva Karyaprashikshan Scheme" or "Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Scheme" or "Maharashtra Chief Minister Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana".
• Government of Maharashtra will now provide On the Job Training to all eligible youths under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana.
• On the Job Training will be provided in Industrial and Non Industrial establishments.
• Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana will fulfill the need of manpower in industries and also provide the employment opportunity to the needy people.
• Apart from the On the Job Training, a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month will also provided to selected youths under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana of Government of Maharashtra.
• Government allocate Rs. 10,000/- crore budget for the smooth implementation of this scheme.
• It is to be estimated that around 10,00,000 youths of Maharashtra will get on the job training under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana.
• Right now only this much information is available about this scheme.
• Application Process will clear once the Guidelines of Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana is released.

Benefits of Scheme

• Benefits that are going to be provided under Maharashtra Government's Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana are as follows :-
  • On the Job Training will be Provided.

Eligibility Criteria

• On the Job Training and Stipend under Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana will be provided to only those youths who fulfill the following eligibility criteria :-
  • Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Maharashtra.
  • The Age of Applicant should be above 21 Years.
  • Applicant should be Graduate, Post Grduate or Diploma Holder.
  • Remaining Eligibility Criteria will be released soon.

  • Aadhar Card.
  • Educational Documents.
  • Mobile Number.

  • Income Certificate.

How to Apply

• Maharashtra Government presents its supplementary budget on 28th of June 2024.
• Finance Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sh. Ajit Pawar announced Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana for the welfare of youths.
• Concerned Department will working on framing the Guidelines of Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana.
• Cabinet will gave its approval once the guidelines is framed.
• Application Process will be defined in the Guidelines.
• Department will take the decision on application mode whether to accept the application for Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana through Online Application Form or through Online Application Form.
• Mukhyamantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana will also launch if the application mode is through Online Application Form.
• So, Beneficiary Youth will have to wait little bit more to avail on the job training under Mukhya Mantri Yuva Karyaprashikshan Yojana.
