Introduction
- There are many people in Himachal Pradesh who are suffering from major health ailments.
- They faced financial problems due to heavy expenses incurred on the treatment.
- Sometime families lost their loved ones because they can't afford the expensive treatment.
- Keeping this problems of people in mind, Himachal Pradesh Government started Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana in the year 2020.
- The main objective behind starting Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana is to provide financial stability to those persons who are suffering from serious diseases.
- Department of Health and Family Welfare of Himachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
- This scheme is also known by some other name in the State such as "Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sahara Scheme" or "Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Scheme" or "Himachal Pradesh Mukhy Mantri Sahara Yojna".
- Government of Himachal Pradesh will now provide monthly monetary assistance to all those people of Himachal Pradesh who are suffering from serious ailments.
- Monthly Financial Assistance of Rs. 3,000/- will be provided to every eligible beneficiary under Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana.
- Per Month Financial Assistance will only provide to those people who are suffering from serious or life threatening disease.
- People Suffering from any of the below mentioned specified disease are eligible to get financial assistance under Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana :-
- Malignant Cancer.
- Parkinson.
- Muscular Dystrophy.
- Thalassemia.
- Hemophilia.
- Chronic Renal Failure.
- Any Other Life Threatening Disease.
- Person suffering from any disease which permanently incapacitated the person can also apply under Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana of Himachal Pradesh.
- If the Annual Family Income of Beneficiary is more than Rs. 4,00,000/- per year then he/ she is not eligible to apply.
- Beneficiary can also check the Payment Status of Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana on Official Website.
- Eligible Beneficiary can apply for per month financial assistance by filling Online Application Form of Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana which is available on Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana Official Website.

Eligibility
- Government of Himachal Pradesh set the following Eligibility Conditions in order to provide the benefit of financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana :-
- Beneficiary should be a Resident of Himachal Pradesh.
- Beneficiary should be belong to Economically Weaker Section.
- The Annual Family Income of Beneficiary should be less than Rs. 4,00,000/-.
- Beneficiary should be Suffering from any of the specified disease :-
- Parkinson.
- Malignant Cancer.
- Paralysis.
- Muscular Dystrophy.
- Hemophilia.
- Thalassemia.
- Chronic Renal Failure.
- Any Other Life Threatening Disease.

- The below mentioned documents is required at the time of applying for monthly financial assistance under Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana :-
- Aadhar Card.
- Ration Card.
- Residence Proof of Himachal.
- Birth Certificate. (If Available)
- Bank Account Details.
- Medical Certificate.
- Income Certificate.
How to Apply
- Beneficiary can apply for per month financial assistance under Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana through Online Application Form.
- Online Application Form of Himachal Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sahara Pension Yojana is available on the Official Website of Mukhyamantri Sahara Pension Yojana.
- Click on New Registration.
- Enter the Applicants Aadhar Card.
- Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana Website will verify the Aadhar Card of the Applicant.
- After Aadhar Verification, Fill the below mentioned details step wise in Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojna Application Form :-
- Demography Details.
- Beneficiary Details.
- Account Details.
- Complete Details.
- Also upload the required documents at the time of filling the Online Application Form of Mukhya Mantri Sahara Yojana.
- Preview the Application Form and then Click on Submit Button to Submit it.
- Website will then generate the Acknowledgement Number of Applicant.
- Applicant can also Check the Application Status of Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana with the help of this Acknowledgement Number.
- Officials of Department of Health and Family Welfare will verify the received Application Form.
- Eligible and Selected Beneficiary for financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Sahara Yojana will informed through SMS or Email on their Mobile Phone.
- After that per month financial assistance of Rs. 3,000/- will be transferred in the given bank account of beneficiary.
- Government of Himachal Pradesh will also provide Sahara Card to each beneficiary.

H.P. My adahar card No :- 5508-8503-59xx . pl cheque the status and credit my last year pension in the above account no. basically i belong to very poor family . as per message Rs. 36000/- thousands has credit in the account four digit No 6452 in stead of 6453. pl correct it and do the needful. I got the pension for the last month Rs.3000/- on dated 17/07-23
