Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana

Introduction

• Madhya Pradesh Government started lots of employment generation scheme in state.
• Out of these employment generation scheme, Madhya Pradesh Government started Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana to generate employment in rural area.
• The main objective behind launching Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana is to increase the prooduction of milk and make people of rural area of Madhya Pradesh self reliant and self employed.
• Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana is also known by some other names in state like :-
  • "Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana".
  • "Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Animal Purchase Subsidy Scheme".
• Government of Madhya Pradesh will provide subsidy on the purchase of 2 milch animals under Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana.
• Earlier the name of this scheme is "Mukhyamantri Dudharu Gaye Praday Yojana" in which subsidy will only be provided for the purchase of milch cow.
• But later the name of scheme is changed to "Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana" in which Milch Buffalo is also added for subsidy.
• Now Government of Madhya Pradesh is providing subsidy on the purchase of 2 Milch Cow or 2 Milch Buffalo.
• The below mentioned subsidy will be provided to eligible beneficiary for the purchase of 2 Milch Cow or 2 Milch Buffalo under Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana :-

  Animals	Government Subsidy	Beneficiary Contribution	Total Cost of Animal
  2 Cows	Rs. 1,70,325/-	Rs. 18,925/-	Rs. 1,89,250/-
  2 Buffalo	Rs. 2,18,700/-	Rs. 24,300/-	Rs. 2,43,000/-

• 90% of Total Cost of 2 Animals will be provided by Government of Madhya Pradesh as a Subsidy.
• 10% of Total Cost of 2 Animal will be the contribution of Beneficiary.
• Earlier the contribution by beneficiary is 25% of total cost of 2 animals but due to financial condition of people, Madhya Pradesh Government decreased it to 10%.
• People belongs to any of the below mentioned caste are only eligible to avail the benefit of subsidy under Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana :-
  • Baiga.
  • Sahriya.
  • Bhariya.
• Life Insurance cover under Madhya Pradesh Pashudhan Bima Yojana will also provided to purchased animals.
• Eligible Beneficiary can avail the benefit of subsidy on purchase of milch animal by filling Offline Application Form of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana.

Benefits of Scheme

• The following benefits will be provided to selected beneficiaries under Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana Yojana :-

  Subsidy will be provided to beneficiary on purchase of 2 Milch Animals. Beneficiary will get Subsidy on the Purchase of 2 Milch Cow or 2 Milch Buffalo. Following Subsidy will be provided to Beneficiary for Milch Animal Purchase :- For 2 Milch Cow :- Subsidy of Rs. 1,70,325/- out of Total Amount of Rs. 1,89,250/-. For 2 Milch Buffalo :- Subsidy of Rs. 2,18,700/- out of Total Amount of Rs. 2,43,000/-. Remaining Amount will be Contributed by the Beneficiary.

Eligibility

• Bneneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• Beneficiary must be willing to do Dairying.
• Beneficiary should be belong to any of the below mentioned Caste Category :-
  • Baiga.
  • Sahriya.
  • Bhariya.

Documents Required

• The following documents is mandatorily required to avail the benefit of subsidy under Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana :-
  • Residence Proof/ Domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Samagra ID.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Voter Identity Card.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiary can apply for Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana by filling Offline Application Form.
• Offline Application Form of Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana is available free of cost at any of the below mentioned offices :-
  • Milk Cooperatve Society Office.
  • Veterinary Institute Office.
• Fill the Application Form of Madhya Pradesh Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana carefully.
• Attach all the required documents with the application form.
• Now Submit the Mukhyamantri Dudharu Pashu Praday Yojana Application Form along with all the documents in the same office from where it was collected.
• Application Form and Documents will be scrutinized by the Department Officials.
• Training of Animal Keeping, Animal Management and Animal Feeding will be provided to selected beneficiary.
• Amount of Subsidy will be released in the bank account of beneficiary after training.
• Beneficiary has to inform the officials of Deparment of Animal Husbandry and Dairying after purchasing the milch animal.
• Officials will visit the place of beneficiary and do ground verification of animals and insured them under Madhya Pradesh Pashudhan Bima Yojana.
