Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana

Introduction

• Government of Maharashtra announced lots of welfare scheme while presenting the supplementary budget of the year 2024.
• With an objective to provide clean fuel and to reduce health issues of women, a new scheme is announced by the government.
• The name of scheme is "Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana".
• It is going to be implemented in whole of Maharashtra from this year.
• After implementation, this scheme is know by some other names also such as "Maharashtra Chief Minister Annapurna Scheme" or "Maharashtra Mukhyamantri Annapurna Scheme" or "Maharashtra Chief Minister Annapurna Yojana".
• Now every household will get free of cost gas cylinder so that they can afford a LPG connection and switch their cooking method to clean fuel.
• 3 Gas Cylinders per year will be provided free of cost to all eligible beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana of Maharashtra Government.
• Free of Cost Gas Cylinder will only be provided to those families who has a total 5 members in a family.
• It is to be estimated that around 52,16,412 families of Maharashtra will get the benefits of Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana.
• This is just an announcement so beneficiary will have to wait little bit longer to avail the benefit of Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana.
• Official Website of Mukyamantri Annapurna Yojana will also launched if the mode of apply is through Online Application Form.

Benefits of Scheme

• Maharashtra Government will provide the following benefits to eligible beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana :-
  • Free of Cost Gas Cylinder will be Provided.
  • 3 Gas Cylinder per Year wil be Provided.

Eligibility Criteria

• Free of cost 3 gas cylinders per year will only be provided to those beneficiaries who fulfill the following eligibility conditions :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Maharashtra.
  • Beneficiary should have Gas Connection.
  • Beneficiary should have a family of 5 members.

Documents Required

• The following documents is to be needed at the time of applying for Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana :-
  • Residence Proof of Maharashtra.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Ration Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Gas Passbook Copy.

How to Apply

• Sh. Ajit Pawar, the Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister of Maharashtra presents the supplementary budget on 28th of June 2024.
• Mukhymantri Annapurna Yojana is an announcement which will going to be implemented in whole of Maharashtra very soon.
• At present no such information is available about the Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana.
• So, the application process of Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana is not clear yet.
• It will be the solely decision of the Maharashtra Government to decide the Application Process of this scheme.
• Both Online Application Form as well as Offline Application Form might be available for this scheme to apply for free of cost 3 gas cylinders.
• Beneficiary has to wait little bit longer in order to avail the benefit of 3 free of cost gas cylinder per year.
• As soon as we get any update regarding Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana of Maharashtra Government, we will update the same.
