Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana

Introduction

• Today we have a lot of women in our society who are widowed, divorcee and destitute.
• They are directly or indirectly depend on someone because of not having any stable source of income on their own.
• Now, Rajasthan Government took up a responsibility to make them financially self reliant.
• Government of Rajasthan started Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana in the year 2013.
• The main objective behind starting Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana is to provide financial security cover to needy women by providing them monetary assistance as a monthly pension.
• Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Government of Rajasthan is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana is also called by some other name in Rajasthan such as :- "Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Scheme" or "Rajasthan Chief Minister Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana" or "Rajasthan Chief Minister Ekalnari Samman Pension Scheme".
• Rajasthan Government will provide monthly pension to all eligible women beneficiary under its Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana.
• Only Widow Women, Divorcee Women and Destitute and Abandoned Women of Rajasthan are eligible to get monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana.
• In the initial phase of this scheme, the monthly pension was provided according to the age women beneficiary.
• For Example, Women in the Age Group of 18 Years to 55 Years used to get Rs. 500/- per Month, Women from 55 Years to 60 Years Age Group used to get Rs. 750/- per Month, 60 Years to 75 Years Age Group Women used to get Rs. 1,000/- per month and Women whose Age is more than 75 Years used to get Rs. 1,500/- per month pension.
• But in the year 2023, Government of Rajasthan revised the pension amount of Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana.
• Women Beneficiary of more than 18 Years of Age and Less than 75 Years of Age will get minimum monthly pension of Rs. 1,000/- under Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Scheme.
• Whereas on the other hand, Women Beneficiary of more than 75 Years of Age will get same amount of Rs. 1,500/- per month as they get earlier.
• Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana of Rajasthan is made by combining 3 sub schemes in it i.e. :-
  • Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vidhwa Pension Yojana/ Rajasthan Chief Minister Widow Pension Scheme.
  • Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Talakshuda Mahila Pension Yojana/ Rajasthan Chief Minister Divorcee Women Pension Scheme.
  • Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Parityakta Mahila Pension Yojana/ Rajasthan Chief Minister Destitute Women Pension Scheme.
• Women Beneficiary whose annual income is more than Rs. 48,000/- per year are not eligible for monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana.
• Relaxation in Age will be provided to women beneficiary if she belongs to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Antyodaya Card Holder Family.
  • BPL Family.
  • Family Belongs to Sahariya/ Kathaudi, and Khairwa.
  • Aastha Card Holders.
• Eligible Women Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ekal Nari Samman Pension Scheme is available on Rajasthan SSO Portal.
• Women Beneficiary can also apply for Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Scheme by visiting their nearest E Mitra Centre.

Benefits

• The following pension as a monthly financial assistance will be provided to Widow, Destitute, Divorcee Women of Rajasthan under Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana :-

  Age	Pension Amount
  More than 18 Years but Less than 75 Years	Rs. 1,000/- per Month
  75 Years or More	Rs. 1,500/- per Month

Eligibility

• Rajasthan Government sets the following eligibility conditions for monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana :-

  Beneficiary Women should be Resident of Rajasthan. The Age of Women Beneficiary should be more than 18 Years. The Annual Income of Women Beneficiary should be less than Rs. 48,000/-. Following Women Beneficiary are eligible for Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension :- Widow Women. Abandoned/ Destitute Women. Divorcee Women.

• The below mentioned documents is required at the time of applying for per month pension under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana :-
  • Jan Aadhar Card or Bhamashah Card.
  • Ration Card.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Age Proof.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Husband Death Certificate. (For Widow Women)
  • Court Order/ Certificate. (For Divorcee Women)
  • Block Development Officer Certificate. (For Abandoned/ Destitute Women)

How to Apply

• Eligible Women Beneficiary can apply for Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana of Government of Rajasthan through 2 below mentioned ways :-
  • Through Rajasthan SSO Portal.
  • Through E Mitra Centre.

Through Rajasthan SSO Portal

• Women Beneficiary can apply for pension under Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana of Rajasthan Government through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana is available on Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) Portal.
• Women Beneficiary has to Register themselves first on Rajasthan SSO Portal.
• Jan Aadhar Card is mandatorily needed at the time of Registration.
• SSO Portal will send the User Name and Password on the registered mobile number of women beneficiary.
• Login in the Rajasthan SSO Portal with the received Username and Password.
• After Login, Choose RAJSSP.
• Click on Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana Application Form.
• Enter the Personal Details, and Contact Details in the Online Application Form of Rajasthan Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana.
• Upload all the documents on the portal.
• Check the Details of Application Form thoroughly and Click on Submit Button to Submit it.
• Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana Application Form with all the documents will scrutinised by the Officials of Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika in Urban Area and by Tehsildar or Nayab Tehsildar in Rural Area.
• After Preliminary Verification, Application Form then forwarded to Block Development Officer or Sub Divisional Officer for further approval.
• Monthly Pension of Rs. 1,000/- under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Scheme will be transferred in the bank account of women beneficiary.
• Women Beneficiary can also check the Application Status of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana on Rajasthan Social Security Pension Portal.

Through E Mitra Centre

• Eligible Women Beneficiaries can also apply for monthly pension under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana by visiting their nearest E Mitra Centre/ Kendra.
• Visit the E Mitra Centre along with the Jan Aadhar Card.
• Agent in E Mitra Centre will fill the Mukhyamantri Ekalnari Samman Pension Yojana Online Application Form on behalf of Women Beneficiary.
• Women Beneficiary has to pay a nominal Application Fees of Rs. 33/-.
• Mukhyamantri Ekal Nari Samman Pension Yojana Application Form will then verify by the Officials of Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika in Urban Area and byTehsildar or Naib Tehsildar in Rural Area.
• Final Order of Sanctioning of Pension will be given by Sub Divisional Officer or Block Development Officer.
