Aligarh Muslim University Free Coaching Scheme for SSC CGL Examination.

Introduction

• Aligarh Muslim University is a famous Central University located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
• Every year Aligarh Muslim University provides Free Coaching to students who belong to minorities communities such as Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsis (Zoroastarian), and Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Women Students..
• The main objective is to provide quality education to the economically weaker students and prepare them for the toughest exam of India i.e. SSC CGL Examination.
• The SSC CGL Examination is conducted every year by the every Staff Service Selection.
• Every year lakh of students prepare for this exam.
• For preparation, students pays lakhs of rupees as fees to the coaching institutes.
• But there are many students who want to take part in the SSC CGL examination, but due to lack of money they are not able to prepare.
• To help those economically weaker students, free coaching for SSC CGL examination is provided by Aligarh Muslim University.
• To enroll in this coaching program, students have to crack an entrance exam.
• The entrance exam is conducted on the basis of the model of SSC CGL Examination.
• This entrance exam is conducted by Aligarh Muslim University.
• There are only 1 centre across India where the entrance examination is to be conducted.
• There is no coaching fee for the programme.
• Once selected, coaching is provided to the students for Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination.

Syllabus of the Entrance Exam

• The exam is conducted in a single shift.
• Syllabus of AMU RCA SSC CGL Services Examination is :-
  • As per the syllabus of SSC CGL Tier II.
• The total marks of the entrance examination is 200 marks.

How to Apply

• The only way to apply is online through the official website of Aligarh Muslim University.
• The candidate has to first registered himself/herself first.
• Fill the required details :-
  • Full Name of the Candidate.
  • Date of Birth.
  • Gender.
  • Father's Name.
  • Mother's Name.
  • Email ID.
  • Create your password.
  • Confirm password.
  • Applicant's mobile number.
  • Fill the Captcha.
  • After clicking on Sign Up, Candidate got registered.
• Then, with your Email ID and Password Log in to the portal.
• Fill all the required details.
• Make the payment and your application will be submitted.
• Prepare for the entrance examination and wait for the admit card.

Features of the Scheme

• There will be an entrance test to secure admission to this programme.
• Admission will be on the basis of merit only.
• There will be single paper in the entrance test.
• The written test will be in English, Hindi and Urdu Language.
• The duration of the test will be of 2 hours.
• There will be 100 questions and each question is of 2 marks.
• There will be negative marking.
• 1/4 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
• The total marks of the exam is 200 marks.
• In case of tie then the younger student will get the seat.
• The test series (for preliminary examination) will be conducted from time to time.
• The test Series (for mains examination) will be conducted from time to time.
• 24*7 air conditioned library facility will be provided to the students.
• Hostel accommodation will be provided to limited number of admitted students.
• Registration Charges is Rs. 500/- (to be paid at the time of admission) and refundable caution/security money of Rs. 1000/- for AMU student and Rs. 2500/- for Non-AMU student will be paid by the students.
• The application has to be submitted online with a fee of Rs. 500/- or + applicable basic charges.
• The date of entrance test is tentative and may changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Candidates who are studying in AMU RCA for 2 consecutive years need not to apply. There applications will not be considered.

Charges Paid by the Students

• The below mentioned charges is paid by the students from filling the entrance examination form to taking admission in coaching program after selection :-
