Overview Of The Scheme
Name of the Scheme YSR Jala Kala Scheme.
Launched in 28th September 2020.
Benefits
  • Under YSR Jala Kala Scheme following benefits will be provided to Farmers :-
    • Free of Cost Drilling of Borewells or Tubewells.
    • Free of Cost Motor Pump Sets.
    • Free of Cost Installation Accessories.
    • Free of Cost Energizarion of Drilled Borewells or Tubewells.

  • To solve the problems of farmers due to water scarcity.

Mode of Applying

Introduction

  • YSR Jala Kala Scheme is one of the flagship scheme of Andhra Pradesh Government for the welfare of the Farmers.
  • It is also called "YSR Jala Kala - Free Borewells Programme".
  • It was started on 28th of September 2020.
  • Department of Panchayati Raj & Rural Development of Andhra Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
  • YSR Jala Kala Scheme is one of the 9 programme under "NAVARATNALU" of Andhra Pradesh Government.
  • The main objective behind launching this scheme is to solve the problem of water scarcity for agriculture and irrigation.
  • Under YSR Jala Kala Scheme Government of Andhra Pradesh will provide the facility of free of cost drilling of borings and tubewells.
  • YSR Jala Kala Scheme also covers the Cost of Pump Sets, Cost of Installation Accessories, and the Cost of Energization of Drilled Borewells or Tubewells.
  • All the Farmers of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to avail the benefit of YSR Jala Kala Scheme.
  • Minimum 2.5 Acre of Land is required to apply under YSR Jala Kala Scheme.
  • If an indinidual farmer does not have 2.5 acres of land, then a group of farmers can also apply under this scheme.
  • Eligible Farmers of Andhra Pradesh will apply under YSR Jala Kala Scheme through following mentioned ways :-

Eligibility Conditions

  • Farmers of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Farmer should have Land Ownership of 2.5 acre.
  • Farmers having Failed Borewell or Tubewell.
  • Farmer should not have any Existing Borewell or Tubewell.

Ineligibility Conditions

  • Central Government Employees.
  • State Government Employees.
  • Retired Government Employees.
  • Farmer having Existing Borewell or Tubewell.
  • Farmer's Land Located in Over Exploited Villages.

Benefits

  • Free of Cost Drilling of Borewells or Tubewells.
  • Free of Cost Motor Pump Sets.
  • Free of Cost Installation Accessories.
  • Free of Cost Energization of Drilled Borewells or Tubewells.

Documents Required

  • Aadhar Card.
  • Pattedar Passbook.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Caste Certificate. (If Applicable).
  • Any Proof of Residence :-
    • Domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
    • Ration Card.
    • Voter ID Card.
    • Passport.
    • Driving License.

How to Apply

Offline through Application Form
  • Farmer can apply for YSR Jala Kala Scheme through Application Form.
  • Application Form is available at the office of Village Secretriat.
  • Fill the basic details such as :- Name, Address, Land Details, Crop Details etc in the Application Form.
  • Attach the following documents :-
    • Aadhar Card.
    • Copy of Pattedar Passbook.
    • Caste Certificate. (If Applicable).
    • Passport Size Photo.
    • Any Residence Proof.
  • Submit the Application Form with the documents in Village Secretriate Office.
  • Application will be scruinized by Village Revenue Officer after on field verification.
  • Village Revenue Officer then forwarded the Application to Assistant Project Diretor for further scrutiny.
  • If farmer's application will be approved then he/she will be informed through SMS.
  • Then the drilling contractor will be assigned for surveying and drilling of borewell or tubewell.
Online through YSR Jala Kala Portal
  • Farmer can apply apply online through YSR Jala Kala Scheme Online Portal.
  • Click on Apply for Borewell.
  • Enter the Aadhar Card of the Farmer and the portal itself fill the required details after OTP verification.
  • Upload the following documents :-
    • Aadhar Card.
    • Copy of Pattedar Passbook.
    • Caste Certificate. (If Applicable).
    • Passport Size Photo.
    • Any Residence Proof.
  • Click on Submit.
  • Application will be scruinized by Village Revenue Officer after on field verification.
  • Village Revenue Officer then forwarded the Application to Assistant Project Diretor for further scrutiny.
  • If farmer's application will be approved then he/she will be informed through SMS.
  • Then the drilling contractor will be assigned for surveying and drilling of borewell or tubewell.

Features of the Scheme

  • Farmers having non functional borewell or tubewell is also eligible to apply under YSR Jala Kala Scheme.
  • Only one borewell per family will sanctioned.
  • In case of borewell failed, second borewell will be drilled on some other place on the same piece of land.
  • YSR Jala Kala Scheme also covers the cost of below mentioned installation accessories :-
    • HDPE Pipe.
    • Flat Electric Cable.
    • Panel Board.
  • Priority will be given to the farmers belonging to the following category :-
    • Schedule Caste.
    • Schedule Tribe.
    • Women Farmers.
  • Serving or Retired employees of Central/State Government are not eligible under YSR Jala Kala Scheme.
  • Farmers land located in the List of Over Water Exploited Villages are not eligible to avail the benefit under YSR Jala Kala Scheme.

బోరింగ్ జరుగుతుంది. పథకంలో మోటారు పంపు యొక్క నిబంధన ఉంది. కానీ అలాంటి నిబంధన లేదని ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఉచితంగా మోటార్ ఇవ్వడానికి నిరాకరించారు. మోటారు చాలా ఖరీదైనది సార్. నెను ఎమి చెయ్యలె. ఉచిత మోటార్ కోసం ఏదైనా పథకం ఉందా చెప్పండి.

బోర్ వెస్తం అన్ని మూడు నెలల క్రితం పాయింట్ చూశారు ఇంతవరకు వేయలేదు ఎందుకు వేయడం లేదు ఎందుకు పాయింట్ చూశారు కాంట్రాక్టర్ ఫోన్ ఎత్తడు helpline number పని చేయదు mail చేస్తే reaply ఇవడం లేదు govt schemes కదా ఇవి వేయలేని ఈ govt schemes నీ పూర్తి గా రద్దు చేయడం చాలా మంచిది రైతులకు ఒక పెద్ద సహాయం చేసినవాళ్లు అవుతారు
