Introduction

• Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana is the prominent scheme of Arunachal Pradesh Government..
• Pashu Palan Yojana of Arunachal Pradesh is a credit linked subsidy scheme.
• It was launched in the year 2021.
• Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development Department of Arunachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• The main objective behind launching Pashu Palan Yojana is to provide subsidy to farmers, self help groups and farmer producer organizations to set up Pashu Palan Unit.
• The below mentioned Pashu Palan Unit is eligible for subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana :-
  • Dairy Unit.
  • Piggery Unit.
  • Poultry Unit.
• The following pattern is followed under Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana to provide subsidy to beneficiaries :-
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • 45% Pashu Palan Unit Cost will be provided as Bank Loan.
  • 10% Pashu Palan Unit Cost is Contributed by the Beneficiary.
• There is no collateral security required for bank loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• No Collateral Security is required for a bank loan up to Rs. 10,00,000/- for Self Help Groups.
• The moratorium period of bank loan is 12 months to 4 years as per the duration of Pashu Palan.
• The below mentioned banks will provide loan under Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana :-
  • State Bank of India.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex bank.
• Subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana will be provided on original cost of Pashu Palan Unit.
• Beneficiary can set up maximum 15 Units under Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana by applying through :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana Online Application Form.

Benefits

• The following benefits will be given to eligible beneficiaries under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana to start Pashu Palan Unit :-
  • Collateral Security Free Loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/- for Setting Up Unit..
  • Collateral Security Free Loan for Self Help Groups up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government on Cost of Pashu Palan Unit.
  • 45% of Pashu Palan Unit Cost will be provided as a Bank Loan to Beneficiary.
  • 10% of Pashu Palan Unit Cost will be borne by the Beneficiary.

The following Pashu Palan Units are eligible for subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana :-

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Farmers.
  • Farmer Producer Organization.
  • Self Help Groups.
• Applicant should be willing to install below mentioned units :-
  • Dairy Unit.
  • Piggery Unit.
  • Poultry Unit.

• Aadhar Card of Applicant.
• Photograph of Applicant.
• Voter ID Card.
• PAN Card.
• Pashu Palan Details.
• Land Details.
• Caste Certificate. (If Applicable)
• Bank Account Details.
• Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for pashu palan subsidy by filling Online Application Form of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana.
• Beneficiary has to Register first on Atma Nirbhar Yojana Portal.
• Fill the following details in the Registration Form of Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana :-
  • Name of Applicant.
  • Aadhar Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Farmer Type.
  • Choose Password.
  • Confirm Password.
• Click on Sign Up and the beneficiary registration is completed.
• After Registration Login with the Mobile Number and Password and fill the following details step wise :-
  • Applicant Personal Details.
  • Project Proposal Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• Click on Submit Button to submit the Application Form of Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojana.
• Application Form and Documents will be thoroughly scrutinized by the department officials.
• If beneficiary application for Pashu Palan Yojana is selected, they will be informed through SMS or Email.
