Telangana Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme

Introduction

• Every year thousand of aspirant from Telangana applied and take part in India's prestigious Civil Services Exam conducted every year by UPSC.
• Some of the aspirants cleared the Pre Examination and make themselves prepare for next phase of examination i.e. mains examination.
• Sometimes self preparation is not enough and taking a coaching for mains examination is the need of hour.
• So to support youth of Telangana financially, Government of Telangana announced on 20th of July to start new scheme.
• The name of scheme is "Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayhastham Scheme" which is also known by as "Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Pathakam".
• Singareni Coallieries Company Limited is the nodal agency of this scheme.
• One time financial assistance will be provided to every eligible youth for the preparation of mains examination under Rajeev Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme.
• Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided to beneficiaries under this scheme.
• This financial assistance of Rs. 1,00,000/- under Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme will be provided to only those youths who qualify the UPSC CSE Pre Examination of the year 2024.
• Applicant's belonging to SC, ST, OBC and EWS Category are only eligible to apply for financial assistance under this scheme.
• If the annual family income of applicant is more than Rs. 8 lakh then he/ she are not eligible to apply for Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme.
• Online Application Form to apply will open from 25-07-2024.
• Applicant can apply by filling the Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme Online Application Form which is available on Singareni Collieries Company Limited Website.

Benefits of the Scheme

• Eligible Applicant gets the below mentioned benefits under Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme of Telangana Government :-
  • Financial Assistance for the Preparation of UPSC CSE Mains Examination.
  • Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided to all Applicants who cleared UPSC CSE Pre 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

• Financial Assistance will only be provided to those applicants who fulfil the following eligibility criteria of Telangana Government's Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhaya Hastham Scheme :-

  Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Telangana. Annual Family Income of Family should not be more than Rs. 8 Lakh. Applicant should have passed Pre Examination of UPSC CSE 2024. Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :- SC. ST. OBC. EWS.

  • Bank Account Details.
  • Bank Mandate from Bank.
  • Cancelled Cheque.
  • Passbook Front Page.
  • Domicile of Telangana.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Category Certificate.

• Applicant can apply for Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme through Online Application Form.
• Rajiv Gandhi Civils Abhayahastham Scheme Online Application Form will started from 25-07-2024 and available on Singareni Coallieries Company Limited Website.
• Fill the details in the Online Application Form.
• Upload all the required documents on the website.
• Preview the Application Form, check it carefully and then click on submit button to submit.
• Concerned authority will verify the received application form and uploaded documents.
• Selected Applicant List will then release on the Singareni Collieries Company Limited Website.
• Rs. 1 Lakh financial assistance for the preparation of UPSC Mains Examination will directly transferred in the bank account of applicant.
